Again, you must cook the ingredients in a healthy way. For instance, you can readily marinate chicken breasts and put them in the oven to get cooked instead of going for fried chicken legs and wings. Either way, the Mondo Italian Meatball Sub is delicious.
Now, you can substitute out canned chili for the taco meat. You could also use some pre made diced chicken from the grocery store. Those rotisserie slow cooker recipes chicken are great or even some of those deli sliced chicken strips. Tofu would also work well for any vegetarians. I also like to add black beans to these nachos, which is a great substitution for the more expensive meat.
